Know Where You Are Going?

 We don’t always realize that we are recreating our road ahead out of habit….building our path forward out of patterns and previous experiences.

We think we KNOW where we have been….who we have been, and it’s familiar…safer than embracing the complete unknown.

The word KNOW contains the word NO. Unconsciously staying in our lane…driving from the rear view mirror, we are saying a big NO to participating in the fresh aliveness of life right now. We are all driving blind, in one way or another. Where are we preventing our hearts from guiding us into alive emergent experiences which are brand new and much needed….calling to us? In this GREAT PAUSE…we are being asked to STOP THE CAR.

BREATHE…arrive at this moment right here, right now. Look at where we have been with new eyes and compassionate curiosity.

DISCOVER what keeps looping ahead….DECIDE to dissolve old ways of being. Find the courage to turn and face with wide open eyes, minds, and, above all, hearts…the LIVING infinite possibilities that await us.

Can we find the courage within to FACE ALL THAT LOVE? We have to say YES ANYWAY! At this point…SELF CARE is EARTH CARE.

Let’s follow our unique heart songs…each one a musical note in the song our planet needs us to sing. Together, we can sing balance into being, from the personal to the planetary. Let’s WALK together from here, heart first.
