Are You Feeling Low on Energy?

Venus is visible! Rising from behind the sun… rising as evening star. My embodied experience is that as we RISE now into more love and authenticity there is a palpable tension created with anything outdated that is tethering us. What did you discover in the shadows that was once protective but now limiting….we may be more aware than ever before of what we need to melt… but of course

“the moment before we let go is when we grip the hardest”.

This is a big month… full moon lunar eclipse and next gate are on the way! Big shifts and uncertainty are presenting more for us to meet…. which means we get to melt and free more of ourselves… if we can presence in loving awareness.

To navigate the tension with the curiosity, love, compassion and spaciousness that truly transcends… we need ENERGY. Resistance is exhausting! We need to gather and cultivate vitality every chance we get this month. You only need a few minutes a day and every drop counts. When we are well resourced we are much more aware and capable of wrapping our whole journey in LOVE.

In January we had a LET LOVE WIN! Tea Time guided meditation to let our 2021 intentions come to us. The words that came to me were “EASE & FLOW”…
Originally I was calling these words into my life… towards me… as if they were outside of me. This month I am fully experiencing how these words…this WAY I desire to feel in my life, in my work, in my body, in my relationships and the flow between all these aspects of living…are in no way external. They are not circumstances I invite into my life… turns out I AM THE EASE & FLOW I am inviting. Only I can embody and become the ease and flow I’m seeking… I am the only one who can invoke ease and flow to all life moments presenting to me… life is forever unpredictable… all my power lies in my capacity to welcome…soften… open… in the face of contraction.

My ability and capacity to fully BE with what JUST IS… allows new creative insight and new ways of relating to emerge…

This is a moment to moment “practice” for sure!!!
It is always a heroine’s journey isn’t it… from our realizations to embodiment.
When we understand that there is no final destination we can settle in to enjoy the full spectrum of the journey.

HOW we show up…what we bring to each moment is where we are infinitely empowered. To exercise our power to choose HOW we wish to show up in ALL moments… we must have enough ENERGY… and we must grow enough SPACE. The spaces in between IT ALL…
