Our TeaTime discussion was a profound journey revealing surprising clarity and a deep infusion of shared peace. A reminder of what truly matters most.

When we are in touch with impermanence, time slows down, the haze clears, we embody each moment with a new quality of presence….

This naturally occurs at beginnings and endings…

The early morning and its freshness invites more of our presence into the moment…

The late evening sun casts a quality of light that reveals more… we see the details of every tree illuminated by the setting sun…

we are also aware the day is soon ending… the light will fade… this awareness of the ending invites us to naturally savour the light, the moment… gratitude infuses easily.

The mid-day light however is bright. Details can get washed out and we can lose presence as we immerse in daily responsibilities. We take moments for granted assuming the day is young and we count on the time ahead.

What’s true however, is that life can end at any time and there is equal and infinite magic alive in all moments. How then can we invite a higher quality of presence to EVERY moment?

Our TeaTime took us on a journey to embody the natural feminine masculine self compassion that naturally balances during perceived beginnings and endings.

We feel great compassion and forgiveness for ourselves and others while clear insights emerge from feminine self compassion. While our masculine self compassion moves us courageously and easefully into heart guided actions.

Reminding ourselves that time here is limited… has a profound effect on how alive we feel moment to moment.

In my journey, a great teacher’s words reminding me “Everything that can be lost… will eventually be lost” words from a poem I share below. Teaching us to invest in what is eternal… LOVE.

The message from my tea was magically aligned!

“THIS life is a GIFT”

A reminder of the deep peace experienced during TeaTime emerged for one of our Let Love Win! sisters in the form of this gorgeous poem!
