At Let Love Win! Communi-TeaTime we began with a special edition guided meditation to ARRIVE… RESOURCE….and REVEAL anywhere in time that our energy may be fragmenting our full presence from HERE NOW.
When we arrive in this moment with full loving presence, we not only anchor ourselves into deeper resilient peace and intimacy with life… but we also anchor those around us.
When enough humans arrive in the moment in full loving presence we can reground and rebalance the system.
After our guided journey to feel more present and open hearted in our TeaTime circle of wild-hearted women, we dove into an exercise to CELEBRATE!
We all need to feel SAFE, SEEN, and CELEBRATED. As women we are designed to lift one another up, but finding the courage to acknowledge just how far we have come takes courage. We may have inherited old systems of safety to stay small, or keep moving our value and worth to the next achievement or future destination. We meet our glass ceilings only when we are rising!
Claiming something out loud to celebrate and be witnessed by others can bring up even more…
Like resistance, unconscious adaptations, success and abundance limitations, our capacity to acknowledge our own value and worth, our willingness to trust and receive praise from others…
For woman across the ages, taking up space in her authenticity was dangerous. It is natural for all of us to fall into fear signatures when we begin to emerge, rise, and expand into our authenticity.
It is IMPERATIVE though, that we STAY on that uncomfortable growth edge and practice SEEING and CELBRATING ourselves and each other until it finally feels SAFE in our nervous systems.
It is not only safe to acknowledge our worth and value, to grow our capacity to authentically express ourselves, and to give and receive SUPPORT, praise and gratitude… It is a RESPONSIBILTY we have in these uncertain times. The health of the system is depending on us!
Deep and powerful shares were witnessed and celebrated off camera unrecorded which I summarize the essence of. The themes and messages are powerful!
A theme we celebrated multiple times was
♡“being willing to ask for and receive support and connection”♡
This is not just something to be proud of… reaching for each other is breaking the societal unintegrated masculine gravity to self-isolate in times of overwhelm! When we reach for one another as we are meant to, we reclaim our natural way being.
Systems heal as they become more interconnected. Scarcity is isolation. Abundance is Interconnection.
When there is great suffering, we need increased circuitry to sustain the flow.
We need each other.
Feelings are meant to be shared spaces.
When we witness each other… feelings can finally flow and move and integrate. We then feel refreshed, relieved, we can finally see the gifts!
We all laughed and cried and supported each other to stay on the fractal edge of heart first growth!
We experienced our individual and collective worth as very REAL.
The “we space” was ALIVE!
