It’s amazing how embodiment practices reveal quickly just how much we have been unconsciously holding, support us to melt what we meet, and remind us of what it feels like to feel fully refreshed and alive!

We began with a guided meditation to self-attune and I shared the power of small steps and spaciousness. When we create and hold space intentionally, what we are holding can finally reveal to be witnessed and released. Making way for our river of inner wisdom to more fully infuse and guide us.

We connected on the responsibility we have to consciously S L O W down, create space between our thoughts, words, responses, reactions, actions, each breath…. so that LOVE has room to be present in all of our moments.

It’s important to create spaciousness, model spaciousness, and ask for spaciousness when it is most needed. Space weaves a bridge for love to access and guide all our moments and interactions.

We then eased into the beautiful sequence of Chakra Self-Care practices. First, attending to our hearts and holding space for any grief we may be holding personally and collectively at this time.

The breathwork and movements for each Chakra were deeply therapeutic.
