The Alchemy of Perspective “TeaTime Tools” session was a beautiful, snuggly deep dive into the magic of welcoming multiple emergent perspectives on our struggles.

There is such alchemy alive between what we feel is our “main complaint” or “struggle” and the perspectives, stories, narratives, body sensations, and emotions the chief complaint triggers in us.

Whatever it is that we are struggling with is perfectly designed to magnetize forward parts of ourselves that need to be witnessed and loved in order to finally integrate. These are often the unconscious parts of ourselves that hold us back and prevent us from seeing and celebrating our real progress.

We spent time together on a journey embodying three completely different perspectives on our main “complaint”.

We need to first understand the great importance of intentionally creating time and space to always FIRST FULLY WELCOME and witness the fears, emotions, voices, and stories activated in response to our main complaint.

When we first welcome and witness our “victim perspective” with a loving, compassionate, curious presence (without becoming it, identifying or agreeing with it), We allow those aspects to be heard, and they soften, which creates a calm and authentic space for higher perspectives to flow. When we bypass the welcoming however, (e.g. steamroller positivity), it can amplify the contraction making it hard for the fresh, infinite perspectives to flow to and through us freely.

The parts we may perceive as “negative” and override are often not new. They are usually familiar, and coming to understand them and their origin is key 🔑 to unlocking what holds us back.

When we authentically experience multiple perspectives around our own struggles, it not only bridges with love inwardly to heal our own ecosystems… it also supports a greater capacity to welcome the perspectives, struggles and experiences of others.

The higher perspectives we welcomed at TeaTime invited us into a next level trust that you just have to experience!

Of course, our surprise TeaTime quote (from my tea!) was:

“Trust Creates Peace”……..
